The purpose of this recurrent training, required i.a.w. PART 145.A.30 regulations is primarily to ensure that staff understands the terms of human factor's issues.
Our Human Factors Recurrent course is suitable for those who have previously undertaken initial Human Factors training. The course will guide you through all of the required subject matter.
This training complies with requirements for continuation training in relevant technical knowledge as required by EASA 145.A.35(d) and associated AMC annex.
The course will cover the following topics:
General Information about Human Factors
Human Error
Human Performance and Limitations
Human Factor Program
Maintenance accidents & Maintenance Errors
This course ends with TEST.
On successful completion of the course a certificate of completion will be made available.
At the end you have to pass a test with minimum mark of 75%
